Halcrow Development Ltd. is a General Contractor, General Supplier & Consultant Company, was originaly established in 2009. HDL, as we have become to be known, has worked in many projects in civil and mechanical works including high value added projects which require technology and expertise.
The company has played a key role as a contractor and fabricator of complete Palm Oil Mills, Refineries, Kernel Crushing Plants, Oleo-chemical Plants, Bulking Installations, Storage Tanks, Piping and associated Structural Works in the world. HDL has successfully completed a number of projects, either alone or consortium.
